These Terms govern your use of PLANET ME (planetme.ai, the "Service"), an AI wellness platform operated by Lucete AI Lab (the "Company"), and set out the rights and obligations of the Company and users.
Based on your check-in, the Service suggests resort courses (scenes and sounds) and provides procedurally generated healing sounds and AI-generated sound. Course suggestions are not a medical diagnosis; you make the final choice at the confirmation step.
The Service is currently offered as a free beta, with all features open at no cost. At full launch, some features may move to a paid membership (Plus) or paid items. Any such change will be announced in advance, and paid subscriptions will be processed through our payment provider (LemonSqueezy).
You can sign up and sign in with an email login link or a Google account. You are responsible for your account, which may not be transferred to others.
The Service and its components (the characters "Today's Star," "Star Keeper," "Mongle Star," scene illustrations, sounds, and the PLANET ME mark) belong to the Company. Share cards you create may be shared freely for personal, non-commercial use.
The Service is intended to support rest and wellness and does not replace medical or psychological treatment. If you experience ongoing difficulty, please seek help from a professional.
